OSRAM SYLVANIA has a challenging opportunity in VERSAILLES, KY for an experienced occupational health nurse or a registered nurse willing to be trained in Occupational Health. This is a unique opportunity for an RN looking to expand professional knowledge in on-site industrial care. Occupational Health Nurse ongoing contract position.

PART TIME: 16- 32 HR PER WEEK

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a cost effective occupational health program
2. Provide triage and walk in care to employees
3. Provide case management of occupational injuries and illnesses
4. Assure compliance with company and legislative policies and procedures related to worker health.
5. Participation in other related efforts such as employee training, ergonomic teams and accident investigation.
6. Responsible for immunizations (flu and TD)

Qualifications

Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
2. 2-4 years experience
3. Certification in Occupational Health
4. Certified CPR and Basic Life Support
5. Experience in Audiometrics and Spirometry preferred
6. Knowledge of workers compensation and health promotion
7. Working knowledge ADA, FMLA
8. MUST be able to work flexible schedule
