Projekt- / Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Contract Manager has the responsibility for the IT infrastructure outsourcing contracts and their implementation and fulfillment by service providers as well as further 3rd party suppliers
- Steer and conduct contract negotiations with service providers in terms of new agreements, contract changes or optimizations
- Govern internal contract portfolio management including contract changes and adjustments, as well as termination management
- Implement best in class outsourcing contracts with flexible, precise and clear SLAs to ensure robust and cost efficient service delivery at high quality
- Resolving disputes in a timely manner
- Maintaining appropriate record
- Implement and optimize a program in order to monitor deliverables:
- Establish processes and procedures for continuous control of service quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity
- Ensure contractual implementation of requirements resulting from business continuity management and security management
- Identify and manage contractual risks
- Act as a contact person for Legal and Purchasing with respect to the IT Infrastructure outsourcing contracts

Geforderte Kenntnisse / Erfahrungen:
- Excellent language skills in German and English
- JDeveloper als IDE
- Long-term working experience in an international environment
- Highly-developed and proven know-how in at least two of the following areas:
-- translating service requests into contractual language
-- formal and accurate contract monitoring
- Comprehensive IT know-how
