Projektbeschreibung
Aufgaben:
-Work closely within a given team and draft various types of contracts
-Evaluate various contracts and provide guidance on contracts to staff, managers, and executives
-Proactively evaluate customer needs and identify gaps in draft contracts
-Maintain and update contractual records, changes, status reports, and other information
-Enter contract negotiations with both suppliers and clients.
-Serve as point-of-contact between two parties in contractual matters
-Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters
-Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation
-Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
-Monitor contract compliance with established procedures
-Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate
-Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
-Prepare monthly reports to the management highlighting progress, status and challenges of the given contract preparation activities
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
- Minimum of five years progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in contract negotiation,
administration and/or management
- Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Visio
- Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints
- Project Management, Quality Management, Supervision, Managing Profitability, Supply Management, ADA
Requirements, Estimating, Attention to Detail
- Excellent skills in English language - verbal and written
