Contract Manager (C11)

Finite Canberra has a Government client seeking an experienced CONTRACT MANAGER.

This is a contract opportunity beginning ASAP to December 2013 (Option for extension).

For this Role you must be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN with an ACTIVE NV2 SECURITY CLEARANCE (MANDATORY).

Duties:

- Manage the renewal of the MOU for ICT Services and Support between client and external agencies for the global communications network
- Formalise partner collaborations and determine a structure of mutual ICT operation and services in close consultation with client agencies
- Integrate services provided by the client's Help Desk with the support requirements of external agencies
- Maintain accurate and clear records of all consultations undertaken in the MOU renewal process
- Interface closely with the Finance team on the new ICT services cost model
- Organise and chair workshops/presentations and meeting with key client agency staff during the engagement and negotiation process

Criteria:

- Demonstrate your experience in Contract Management/development of MOU's and/or Business Analysis within ICT organisations where mutually agreed outcomes and goals have been achieved
- Demonstrate your experience in negotiating successful outcomes in situations where there has potential for conflict or disagreement
- Describe your experience in translating client/business requirements into clear, concise and accurate artefacts in relation to contract management/service agreements or business analysis
