Contract Manager ()

I am currently searching for a Contract Manager to work in Rijswijk, The Netherlands for 3/6 months + extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.

I need a Contract Manager or Service Manager with noticable experience with (for example) Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
Someone with strong financial experience/background and contract management experience.
You need to be located in the Netherlands already or willing to relocate.

Dutch speaking is NOT mandatory, but English speaking/writing should be fluent.
I am NOT looking for any generic project manager or such.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
IT Business Management enables the Cost & Performance Improvement initiative by providing cost transparency via accurate, trusted data.

The Cost & Performance Improvement has the purpose to restore and sustain cost competitive IT to the business.

The IT Business Management has the goal to enable Cost Performance for IT.
In order to achieve cost transparency we need:
- Single source of truth for IT business management information
- Standardized structures & integrated IT data
- Application costs based on cost components

DAILY JOB:
All contracts will need to be analyzed for linking to an application or IT service (or spanning across multiple)

- All contracts will need to validated for components of:

o Low Influence JV costs
o Capital projects
o TACIT/DRM/PCD
o Covered by ISP
- Contract data needs to be enriched:

o To record linking to an application or IT service
o 3Ps (Portfolio (H&S), People (EUC), Places (MNS)
