Contract Junior Software Test Automation Engineer

Company located in Atlanta (Cobb Galleria area) is seeking a Junior Software Test Automation Engineer for a long term Contract. Hourly Rate up to $30/hr.

Software Test Engineer

Duties: 
The product verification engineer (Software Test Engineer) is responsible for ensuring the high quality of the company's products and systems when they are released. Working with other members of the engineering team, he/she will have a thorough understanding of the design and function of all of the company's products and software applications, and help to build a thorough test regimen for these products. The test engineer will be responsible for helping with the creation and execution of test plans for software applications and web portals. He/she will help to design and implement a comprehensive test automation tools, aiding in the implementation of an automated testing facility using both internal and external engineering resources. In addition, he/she will help to guide outside test engineering resources. Part of this activity will involve assisting with the test execution effort, Release Readiness Reviews, and ensuring that all aspects of engineering, production, sales and operations are ready for product launch.

Minimum Requirements 
A Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science is preferred. 1+ years of experience with test engineering or software testing, preferably in engineering areas. Experience with TFS/MTM and UI is a plus.
