Contract JDE E1 Forecasting Analyst

THIS IS FOR A 6 MONTH PROJECT LOCATED IN THE CHICAGO AREA

JDE1 FORECASTING ANALYST

Experience:

- 5+ years JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE OneWorld) experience with various Supply Chain modules (Inventory, Purchasing, MFG, Sales Order Management)
- AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE WITH ENTERPRISEONE VERSION 9.1
- EXPERIENCE WITH JDE UPGRADE PREFERABLY FROM ENTERPRISEONE VERSION  8.12 TO 9.1
- Manufacturing Accounting, Forecasting, Capacity Planning
- Any Agile development methodology experience
- 3+ years of Use Case, Sequence Diagrams or similar integration documentation tools
- Conceptual understanding of ANSI Electronic Data interchange  ( EDI )

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Extensive application experience with Supplier and MFG Planning in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
- Ability to work across various sales channels to aggregate demand forecasts for key strategic product categories
- Develop high quality supply plans that efficiently utilize inventory assets
- Ability to create and load forecasts into JD Edwards planning applications working closely with MRP Analyst
- Act as lead analyst in the development of component fulfillment strategies throughout the entire product life cycle
- Maintain high level of industry expertise with supplier/market conditions
- Champion process improvements and tool development in support of ongoing inventory planning and management requirements
- Strong written and oral communications skills
