ITIL Release Manager/Change Release Manager/Service Delivery Manager Global industry experience.

- PROVEN EXPERIENCE OF RELEASE MANAGEMENT EDUCATED TO DEGREE LEVEL OR WITH APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.
- STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- ABILITY TO CHALLENGE DECISIONS AND BE A STRONG INFLUENCER
- ITIL qualified
- Customer service orientated work ethic

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

- Experience of working in a professional environment
- Experience of working in a Matrix management environment
- Knowledge of the legal market
- Experience in software development and/or testing
- Good understanding of leading industry enterprise technologies, namely: Windows server 2008 Exchange 2010/2013 Citrix Xenapp 6.5/PVS Netapp ITSM Toolsets, Axios assyst v10

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role has the following responsibilities:

- Managing all aspects of the end to end software release process - management and coordination of all BAU and project driven software development defects and enhancements
- Managing and coordinating releases with business engagement, business analysis, development, build, test and deployment teams
- Providing regular communications and management reports on release progress
- Managing the release package design, build, configuration, documentation and deployments throughout the SDLC to production
