Contract HR Shared Services Expert - Zurich

A Zurich based Global Insurance company requires an experienced Contract HR Professional to aid with a large Shared Services Implementation Project across the business.
This is a full time position based on site in Zurich, Switzerland. So you must be based locally or able to commute to Zurich.
This position has been signed off and our client is ready to conduct interviews with the right candidates.
You will be required to aid a Shared Service implementation specifically within the Group Operations & Technology area to start with.
You will be expected to perform against demanding program/project objectives based on a sound track record in shared services combined with a hands-on experience in application of advanced technologies in the insurance industry.
They are looking for a couple of candidates, so whether you have been in charge with the implementation or been part of an implementation, please do get in touch.
Key experience:
- Experience working on projects implementing shared services within the HR department, with Systems and Employees.
PowerPoint and Excel knowledge is a must
Fluency in English (working language) is a must, one or 2 other languages a plus
Strong analytics, quantitative skills, leadership abilities and the ability to abstract.
Autonomous and tenacious
