Contract HR MI Manager - HR Management Transformation - Bournemouth

An experienced HR MI Manager is required by one of the UK's leading and fastest growing insurers for a 6 month role to be based in Bournemouth.

The HR MI Manager will own and drive the development of the HR Management Information strategy and transformation on to the new HR system (NGA).

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

To understand the required end state' and to map out the critical path, including key dependencies and time scales

To work with key stakeholders and the HR Directors to ensure the MI vision' is fit for purpose

To manage and own the transformation of the MI proposition, including the development of existing MI

Knowledge of statistical techniques, analytical problem solving

Development of a new HR solution/database to enable greater efficiencies in MI production (using access database, macros, SQL or similar)

Strong knowledge of MS Office inc Excel, Access and Powerpoint
