My Client a Leading security solution company is looking for a Contract Coordinator to join there team for 9 month FTC with the likely HOOD to extend.
The role is initially offered on a fixed-term basis to cover for maternity leave up to 9 months in duration but the right candidate will have the opportunity to make the role permanent.

£25K per annum + company benefits.

Job Description
This is a varied role with the opportunity to develop and expand responsibilities if desired, including the opportunities to contribute to specific projects.

Main responsibilities:
* Provide a key liaison between Kent, Surrey and Sussex Welfare to Work contracts, central Welfare to Work teams and supply chain partners to ensure effective communication is maintained.
* Act as a first point of contact and screen incoming communications, answer routine queries from customers, Jobcentre plus and supply chain partners, take messages and/or refer on to internal contact so that these are dealt with efficiently.
* Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders including DWP, Jobcentre plus, Work Programme customers and ICE.
* Coordinate actions and responses from supply chain partners - including communication of key messages, requests for activity, and collating performance information.
* Preparation of stakeholder communications including monthly newsletters highlighting good news stories.
* Collate all appropriate information and produce management reports for internal and external stakeholders on contract performance to ensure that stakeholders are accurately informed.
* Evaluate and collate supply chain policies, procedures and practices to enable continuous improvement and compliance with relevant standards and DWP requirements
* Undertake projects, as required, to improve business performance
* Assist in the planning, organisation and execution of regional events and activities to ensure the Work Programme and The company are promoted effectively and the event/activity runs smoothly.
