Contract Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Negotiate new contractual agreements with suppliers and/or edit supplier paper to address company risk needs
Coordinate Input of pertinent contractual details into system
Track all contracts through life cycle, including contract review, obtaining countersignature from suppliers, dispatching Purchase Orders, and archiving fully executed documents in contract management system
Monitor purchase order dispatching database and archive completed PO's in network location
Identify problems, determine solutions, that are contractual in nature
Utilize agreement templates for deals under $100,000.
Assist in the resolution of quality/service issues.
Monitor/Coordinate/Approve PeopleSoft contract requisitions
Monitor/Coordinate and confirm all procurement pre-approvals through SharePoint, Healthprepare brief summaries of changes made by GC to contract template

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in sourcing, contract development and negotiation, and supplier management for large spend categories
Knowledge in use of PeopleSoft, Oracle or other related ERP application software preferred.
Must be computer literate; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, contract management system.
Negotiating and communication skills with ability to communicate at all management levels.
Proven analytical and research skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Creative thinking/problem solving/proactive.
Able to identify and respond to obstacles and/or challenges.
Global mindset and cultural awareness.
Project management and cross-functional team experience.
