New Contract Opportunity !! Clinical Data Manager Contract Research Organization Near Philadephia, PA 6 month contract to hire position. Job Description This individual is responsible for leading and performing Data Management functions for various products in Medical Affairs department and for ensuring that all Data Management work is in compliance with standards. This person will participate in the day-to-day management of CRO Data Management activities (i.e., development Data Management Plan (DMP), develop and annotate CRF's , develop database specifications, design or oversee the development of edit check specifications and programs, adherence to timelines and data expectations, etc.). The individual will have the ability to support and interact with study team members in making critical Data Management decisions. Qualifications * Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in clinical trial data management at a pharmaceutical company or CRO. * Knowledge of an EDC is a MUST: Rave, Inform, or Oracle Clinical is an absolute MUST KNOW. * Strong initiatives in identifying issues and proposing solutions with ongoing studies, a good investigative and meticulous approach to all activities and tasks. * Demonstrated ability to operate independently and to influence decision-making processes within a matrix team environment. * Must have excellent communication. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Leadership ability, interpersonal and organizational skills are a plus.
