Contract C#/WPF Developer - Cross-Asset Trading Desk - Glasgow Based I

Caspian One has been given an exciting opportunity to work with a world leading tier one investment bank in an exciting new venture to near-shore development teams in Glasgow. This area is being heavily built into using a variety of technologies and this specific trading group are looking for a skilled WPF developer to work as a contractor.

The successful individual will be working on complex assignments involving greenfield development as well as enhancements of existing Front Office trading tools and systems that surround Commodities, FX, Equities, Futures & Options.

Daily responsibilities will include liaising with traders, business users, product managers and clients to discuss potential implementations of the development process, collaborating with extended teams, seeing delivery from end to end with a focus on rich GUI design and development and general hands-on coding.
