CONTRACT, BRUSSELS, NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTANT - CISCO, VLAN, UP TO £500/DAY SC CLEARED
Our defence client has a new project which will be split into 2 phases.
Both phases will be based in Brussels and require SECURITY CLEARANCE. As the first phase needs to START IMMEDIATELY you must already hold SC clearance in order to be considered for this opportunity.
Phase 1:Testing the readiness of the NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE in a building that will support 6,000 workstations of various types. CISCO SWITCHES (switch fabric) up to 400 VLAN Simulated devices, Simulated packets, inject load.
Aiming to complete first phase by end of July.
You will be working as part of a team which will need to work with our client to determine volumetric information, test criteria etc
If you have the appropriate skill set you will also be considered for Phase 2 which will involve testing the applications deployed - mainly MS Office products, Lync Exchange SharePoint for 6000 terminals. Mixed user types -Thin Client, Thick Client and Citrix.
We anticipate phase 2 to commence August through to Sept. Security Clearance essential for both phases of the project.
You will need to have the appropriate passport/visa to work in Brussels, and have Security Clearance in order to be considered for this role.
