Projektbeschreibung
Role:
*Maintain the project management and document management systems to include the collation and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets
* Produce management reports and Key Performance Indicators
* Act as technical secretary for various project meetings including scheduling meetings and taking minutes
* Responsible for processing and progressing correspondence and change requests from Contractors and the JV
* Responsible for processing and progressing all necessary contractual instruction documentation in accordance with the FIDIC EPC Contract requirements.
* Provide support to any audit processes where required
* Ensure all data logs and systems for contract management records are accurately maintained at all times.
* Provide other administrative support to the Contracts and Finance team, along with administrative support to other teams where required.
* Produce and distribute internal and external reports
* Provide ad-hoc support to the project team
Experience:
* Proven experience in a contractual, commercial or business administration role would be preferred but is not essential
* Awareness of the organisation, business issues and activities.
* Good experience of office systems including MS Word Excel & PowerPoint
* Experience of liaising with senior members of staff, internally and externally
* Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Qualification/Education:
* Good Standard of education, demonstrated by GCSE or equivalent qualifications in key subjects ideally including English & Maths. Post GCSE (or equivalent) education is desirable (ie NVQ level 3, NC etc)
* Possess a good command of English verbal and written communication skills.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel) previous experience of using MS Access would be an advantage.
*Full Driving Licence would be preferable
