Contract- and Change Manager IT Services (m/w/d) for Augsburg

Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:

Your tasks:

An important part of this position is Change Management. Main aspect is that notwithstanding subsequent changes the whole contract remains enforceable under the new arrangement
-

Ensure that contract conditions and terms are met
-

Monitoring critical items such as unrecorded liabilities, under-reported revenue or overpayments
-

Performing contract compliance audits and reviews to identify the highest risk areas
-

This position is working cross functional, in close cooperation with Corporate Legal, Operations, Finance, Sales and Pre-Sales is required
-

The position is required to participate in customer meetings and need to have presentation- and negotiation skills in German and English
-

The position reports into the Executive Service Manager, but need to have the ability to communicate and present up to SVP level

Your profile:

-

Bachelor level or similar and 1-5 years of experience
-

negotiate, support and manage effective contracts
-

negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions
-

documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution
-

managing contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk
