CONTRACT ANALYST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Sun City, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE:

Provide administrative support to the Director of Asset Management of the Inland Empire Energy Center (IEEC). Duties include general clerical, data management and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions. The Contracts Analyst oversees and manages various office procedures and tasks as assigned by the Director of Asset Management.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings.
- Maintain filing system and organize document retrieval system
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Coordinate and maintain records and documentation for staff issues, phones, company credit cards and office keys.
- Primary Document Control Administrator
- Contract Management including vendor qualification and administration of energy agreements
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information
- Originate, maintain and distribute weekly schedules and meeting minutes.
- Support management and staff in assigned project-based work.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Asset Management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience running existing reports and updating data
- Experience managing a data warehouse
- Willing to do administrative tasks in support of Director and dept.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
