Contract - BPO - Programme Management - Procurement - Gantt - CIPS

The Contract Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that all of the Programme and Contractual obligations with the BPO provider are tracked and managed in accordance with the agreed plan. As Contract Advisor you will be required to support the Source to pay team to manage the change programme and roll out from a functional perspective.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE CONTRACT ADVISOR:

- Administrative management of the contract documents including:
- Administering the sign off and tracking of all milestones deliverables and the associate invoices.
- Change control admin' including drafting and review where required.
- Service delivery performance monitoring to Critical and Key Performance Indicators.
- Administration of service credits where applicable.
- Support to the transition of Source to Pay services
- Gap analysis on a case by case basis of As-Is and To-Be processes for incorporation into the change management plan.
- Coordination of Communications material with the Change and Comms team to support specific functional communications relating to StP GSS tower activities.
- Coordination and planning of project management actions with the Head of PMO.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Previous experience working with BPO contracts in multi-national organisations.
- Experience of contract clause drafting and review.
- Contracts and Procurement experience in a multinational organisation.
- A good level of capability in the use of Microsoft Project, Excel and Powerpoint is essential.
- Programme Management Office experience is desirable.
- Project management skills are desirable such as basic Gantt chart and scheduling experience.
- Oil and Gas experience would be useful.
- CIPS qualification would be useful.
- The candidate should be of a can-do disposition and be prepared to work to demanding deadlines in a pressured change driven environment.
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills would be a distinct advantage.
