WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Responsible for the administration of a variety of commercial and government contracts with domestic and international end users.
- Recognize, evaluate and offer mitigating alternatives in the proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract acceptance, contract administration process to ensure proper contract formation and compliance.
- 60% - Administers contracts, keeping all informed of status and interpreting contractual provisions
- 20% - Serves as central point of communication with customer and coordinates communication between company and customer
- 10% - Negotiates initial contracts or modifications
- 10% - Prepares reports and maintains accurate files and records of all communication
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Degree in Business Administration or Contracting (Bachelor's Preferred)
- One - three (1-3) years experience working in contracts or closely with customers negotiating terms
- Valid driver's license is required
