Contract Administrator

Our client, a leading Media/Broadcast company based in London is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team on a contractual basis.

As a Contract Administrator your key responsibilities will be:

*To support Post-Sales and contract execution activities across the whole of Broadcast Services.
*Maintain a complete and accurate record of all customer contracts. This requires the capture, retention and registering of all original contract documentation, amendments, changes and variations, and other contract related correspondence with the customer.
*Maintain database of key contract terms and conditions, dates, milestones, key risks and other pertinent information across the customer base.
*Manage and issue contract key date schedule, issue associated reminders around renewals, options, notices, price changes etc.
*Manage central contract change system to track change requests throughout the sales cycle.
*Produce reports on contract status and actions for use by Sales, Operations and Business management across the Division.

Required Competences:

*General knowledge of key terms within commercial contract law.
*Ability to work with multi-discipline teams on an account basis across a Matrix organisation.
*Diligent, methodical and precise.
*Confident in taking ownership of given tasks.
*MS Word expert user.
*System experience (SAP, CRM, other contract management database)
