Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CICD) Coach

We're looking for a CICD coach for one of the leading financial companies in The Netherlands, Amsterdam. As a CICD (Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery) Coach, you will guide Scrum Teams towards the implementation of CICD.

CICD Coaching relies on multiple aspects:

NON TECHNICAL

- Coaching skills: listening, patience, understanding, convincing;
- Cultural awareness, both for the culture of a large enterprise such as ABN AMRO and for the culture of developers from different countries, most notably India;
- Training

TECHNICAL

- Development processes: shift left, Trunk Based development, Feature Toggles, BDD
- Testing processes: Unit Testing, Stubs, Mocks etc.
- Release and Deploy management.

TOOLS

- IDE's: Eclipse/IntelliJ
- Versioning tools: SVN/Git/Bitbucket
- Build tools: Maven/Gradle
- QA tools: SonarQube/Fortify
- Package tools: Nexus (Lifecycle)
- Workflow tools: JIRA/Jenkins
- Test tools: JUnit/JMeter/Gatling
- Deployment tools: XLRelease/XLDeploy
