Continuous Improvement Officer

We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Officer to join our housing association client based in Manchester on a 9 month fixed term contract.

You will work closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager and Housing Services Director to implement continuous improvement initiatives which meet the needs of the association's customers and staff.

You will be responsible for assisting the association to continually improve their way of working across a number of areas and your main duties will include the following:

- Servicing the work of any Continuous Improvement groups, including any associated scrutiny groups which contribute to service improvement and developing and progressing the project proposals of Senior Management Team.
- Providing support in the administration, and analysis, of projects relating to feedback e.g. satisfaction surveys of residents and complaints monitoring.
- Use your own initiative to research good practice and make recommendations for improved access and customer service and promote effective communication in a variety of ways, including staff briefings, social media and intranet
- Coordinating the review and management of strategies, policies and procedures
- Making effective use of workflows and project planning to improve delivery of service improvements
- Providing support to the development and implementation of the customer knowledge project, through effective use of systems technology and production of required management reporting
- Working with the Marketing and Innovations Team in the review and development of the websites and intranet
- Offer and assist with the training of other staff on new initiatives and be committed to and promote Equal Opportunities and Customer Care
- Participating in the association's working parties and agencies as required
