This is a hands on and challenging position responsible for deploying end:
End Continuous Improvement initiatives across the business' Contact Centre via the utilisation of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques. You will also mentor and coach colleagues in these methodologies whilst managing senior stakeholders across the business.
To be considered for the positon candidates must have the following experience:
Lean Six Sigma certified ( Green Belt or above )
Proven experience leading Continuous Improvement in a Contact Centre environment
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Continuous Improvement specialist to join an organisation renowned in the market for their substantial and continued investment into Business Transformation.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will deliver tangible cost savings whilst improving customer experience and people engagement. As such it must be stressed that only candidate holding their Six Sigma Green Belt certification (and above) with experience in a Contact Centre environment will be considered for this position.
This is a permanent position paying between £40,000-50,000 + an excellent package.
