CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER - BUSINESS CHANGE - LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT - COMMERCIAL BANKING

A leading Retail Bank based in Bristol is seeking a CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT LEAD to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.

The purpose of the role is for a Continuous Improvement Lead to support the delivery of Transformational Improvement to a Commercial Banking Service Proposition by adopting the DMAIC methodology . An opportunity exists to be part of an exciting, transformational and ground breaking programme, offering a unique experience within the Bank.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (essential- certification body not specific)
- Proven track record of Continuous Improvement Project Delivery (essential)
- In depth knowledge of DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyse-Improve-Control) - essential
- Very strong on MS Excel and MS Access
- Coaching of Green Belts (desirable)

As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.

This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
