DESCRIPTION: Provide leadership and organizational performance and operations continuous improvement efforts for the natural gas industry. Implement best practices and quality methods to include Kaizen and Six Sigma. Need a strong engineering and operations background.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years experience in a quality management role practively looking for issues to prevent failures with organizations, and putting processes in place around best practices
- Must have experience with Continuous improvement for the Natural Gas industry
- Technical documentation experience using SharePoint
- Measure sustainable results and ROI
- Must have a strong background working on the plant floor with engineers to review the operations on the plant, and improve quality and safety procedures.
