Continuous Improvement Manager

As the Continuous Improvement Leader?

You'll develop Continuous Improvement strategies that will improve activity within the manufacturing function.

You'll plan and execute improvement projects to fulfil the Business Strategic Objectives including the coaching and development of other manufacturing employees.

You'll develop innovative solutions which integrate a range of issues from across the organisation and actively monitor the progress, celebrating successes to encourage and enthuse others

You?.

You'll be educated to degree/equivalent level in a manufacturing/engineering discipline and will hold a certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, gained through an accredited or recognised organisation with a minimum of 2 years experience, gained in a similar role.

You'll have a proven record of successfully driving modern manufacturing techniques within new environments and mentoring staff to develop higher skill levels.
