Our client, a large and well established, market leading financial services organisation is undertaking a major business improvement initiatives within a growing division. They seek talented Business Improvement or Continuous Improvement Consultants to identify and manage these changes whilst ensuring they are up skilling operational staff.

Key responsibility areas

- Identifying areas of improvement
- Initiating improvements, formulating plans and actions
- Coaching and training existing operational staff
- Providing expertise in Lean, 6 Sigma, etc

Skills & Experience:

- Large company environment.
- Excel, Office
- Communication, both written and oral with excellent stakeholder management
- Delivering Change & Improvement
- Managing Relationships
- Qualified Accountant
- Lean or 6 Sigma
- Black Belt Accredited
