We have an exciting opportunity to join the Service Quality and Billing directorate as a Continuous Improvement Analyst based in Watermark House, Livingston. The purpose of the role is to assist in the identification and delivery of operational and process efficiencies across the functions. You will be completing complex analytical work and identifying and monitoring process improvement across Customer Operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

-Analysing of and reporting on operational, system and process issues
-Determining and defining requirements and extracting of data based on severity and frequency of identified concerns
-Building, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal customers to gain full understanding of key customer and process pain points
-Driving the search for solutions, ensuring full benefit tracking is in place to measure the impact of improvements made
-Providing on-going analytical input into continuous improvement projects with cross-functional departments, contributing to change and improvement and ensuring that we are prioritising and focusing on the right things.

The successful applicant will have:

-Strong analytical mind set and a keen eye for detail
-Advanced Excel / Access skills. Exposure to Business Objects toolset would be advantageous
-Good understanding of information flows between source systems & Data Warehouse
-Proven skills in analysing large data sets and understanding area of opportunity being measured
-A proactive attitude which ensures that the customer's best interests are at the forefront of any activity
-Involvement in working on a variety of projects within a fast paced and ever changing environment
-The ability to encourage innovation and challenge normal traditional practices, remove obstacles and identify solutions
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels
-Good organisational skills, experience of balancing demands and working to tight deadlines

Location: Watermark House, Livingston. Travel to other Sky sites maybe required.

Duration: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00, 37.5 hours per week.
