You must have had a Minimum of 2 years post registration experience, exposure of clinical audit. You should be able to Record the delivery high quality work to tight deadlines. Be able to complete multi agency assessments. Previous experience of working within an extremely busy office environment, Ensure that all nursing assessments are to a high standard and regularly audited. Be able to Act as a specialist professional resource to primary care teams, acute and community nurses, social services and other agencies in monitoring, reviewing and co-ordinating care packages. Work with the independent sector to achieve best value in the commissioning of continuing care / funded nursing care. This could be on a contract or temporary bases for a year.
