CONTENT SPECIALIST WITH FRENCH WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor Degree in Communications, English, a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of practice in Content Management, Online Operations and Web Development
- Experience with basic Web Development projects using HTML and Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Competency to interact with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Skillset to simultaneously handle multiple assignments, work independently and to drive projects with high attention to detail coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT FRENCH AND ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN
YOUR TASKS:
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to evaluate content needs for product and feature launches
- Creating a content strategy including multiple channels and deliverables
- Working with the editorial team to produce your selected assets
- Integrating feedback from numerous stakeholders and varying perspectives to create a consistent, user-focused end product
- Identifying and using metrics, use cases and user needs to focus priorities and develop documentation solutions
