WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- CRM Content Publishing team is seeking a production engineer to maintain and extend our content publishing platform, and to support writers and editors in developing a variety of content types, including Help, Web articles, and printable guides.
- Complete Customer Relationship Management productivity suite built on a flexible platform, and is continuing to expand with new products.
- We are making substantial investments in building/integrating mobile, social, and communications technologies and modern user experiences. We are an agile team, and we deliver in a fast-paced Software + Services environment.
- The CRM Content Publishing team delivers Web content, including articles, videos, eBooks, and quick start guides, through three web portals (CRM Help Center, Dynamics Marketing Help Center, Social Listening Help Center).
- Develop/maintain output templates for content deliverables spanning multiple formats, including HTML, ASPX, Microsoft Word, CHM, Help 2.0, and others.
- Build and check in built content to product code branches.
- Package and hand off content to localization.
- Publish new and updated content to the Web, including on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Center, MSDN, and TechNet.
- Work with international project (localization) engineers to ensure international sufficiency of content deliverable designs (CJKV, bi-di, text expansion, etc.).
- Work with Dev/Test to develop implement "hooks" for test automation scripts for content deliverables.
- Research and resolve content infrastructure bugs as they emerge during product development, such as context-sensitive Help mapping.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Three or more years of recent experience administering DxStudio, including implementation of styles, object templates, and output templates
- Two or more years of experience managing content for localization, including handing off content for translation.
- Two or more years of experience designing XML schemas, transformations, and XSL stylesheets
- Five or more years of experience developing cascading stylesheets (CSS)
- Five or more years of experience developing Web functionality in JavaScript
- Two or more years of experience developing Web functionality and/or utilities in C#
- Two or more years of experience writing text-processing scripts and automation using technologies such as RegEx, Windows PowerShell, Perl, SED, or grep
- At least one year of experience with basic database and server maintenance, including Microsoft SQL Server and virtualized machines using Hyper-V on Windows Server 2008
