Content Manager (m/f)

Currently we are looking for an experienced Content Manager (m/f) for an interesting and longlasting project.

Your main tasks will be:

+ Manage development of and distributing content for one or more of Group’s Regulatory Solutions offering
+ Act as creator and executor of real-time brand content and communications targeted to existing customers and prospects across Europe
+ Act as a community manager across channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube using social media technology to publish content, monitor conversations and engage with customers and prospects
+ Assist in mining for, creating and changing image/copy where needed for curated content from marketing teams, third parties and user-generated content
+ Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure moderation efforts and content deliverables are aligned with brand voice, company needs, legal guidelines, marketing requirements and business objectives
+ Observe and make recommendations regarding conversations, other social communities, competitors, trends and technologies in the marketplace that are relevant to Group’s Regulatory Solutions social/digital presence.

The key quality you need to succeed in this role is a curiosity in developing top-performing creative content and delivering compelling and clear analytics insights. You will help drive short-term and real-time social media strategy, develop and manage daily creative and editorial content, engage with our communities, monitor conversations, and track and analyze metrics against these functions. This role will work closely with the communications, marketing, PR and Sales support teams to build and deploy content (and social media) campaigns and engagement tactics that help Group’s Regulatory Solutions offering to gain visibility with existing and new customers and exceed business goals.
