Content Manager - London - £170 per day

CONTENT MANAGER - LONDON - £170 PER DAY

A leading UK retail bank has an exciting opportunity to join a project and support the programme in the delivery of content across a range of web applications for both Retail and Commercial Banking.

As a Content Manager you will be responsible for loading the content items required for the Internet Banking application, checking it in Preview environments and working through defects (code and content) to identify the solution to resolve. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Working with other project deliverables to aid content load, eg test documentation such as User Journeys, UI Specifications (wireframes)
- Interpreting copy decks to determine content to be loaded
- Working with copywriting team and other project disciplines (Business Analysts) to raise and close queries relating to content load.
- Managing and closing content related defects arising during test phases.
- Estimating time to complete content load tasks

CORE SKILLS BEING SOUGHT:

- Content management systems (preferably TeamSite and WCM)
- HP Quality Centre (or similar defect management tool)
- Basic HTML and knowledge of style sheets, etc
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Attention to detail - work often reviewed by Senior Execs across departments
- Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment
