CONTENT MANAGER - GLOBAL BRAND - 3 MONTH CONTRACT INITIALLY, STRONG EXTENSION POSSIBILITY TO 6MONTHS + - BERKSHIRE - TO £340 P/D

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global travel brand with a long history of innovation in their field. You will join them as they are in the process of re-developing and re-launching all their digital capabilities across both web and mobile, and help to ensure the smooth migration of all relevant content whilst also delivering new content for the new platform.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

- 2+ years' experience as a Content Manager/Producer, ideally in a Consumer facing E-commerce company
- Key understanding of SEO and organic link building methods
- Solid knowledge of producing content across both mobile and web platforms
- Experience in CMS is essential
- Excellent written and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure smooth transfer and migration of all relevant content (may include SEO - meta tags, links, etc., with help of an external SEO agency) and translation across EMEA
- Act as day-to-day liaison with IT and the local market to ensure enhancements to systems and new content modules are progressing to delivery
- Train Content teams across EMEA to use and maximise output from the new CMS
- Review and manage the teams content briefs to ensure the required standard to allow the content creation team to deliver the best possible content
- Ensure content migration occurs on time and on brand
- Continually improve and optimise the new content on web/mobile platforms to ensure the sites evolve using commercial metrics to drive engagement, loyalty and conversion
- Audit current content with local content owners ensuring only pages that need to be migrated are brought into the new platform.
- Work closely with the content managers across EMEA, and act as a central contact between countries and the central team to aid SEO, PPC, MVT, Social and Mobile activities on the web/mobile sites, driving best practises across the platform with these in mind
- Work with the analytics team to optimise the site content, tracking changes and driving results
- Update content across digital channels where there is no central/local resource to do so
- Track the success of content change against established KPIs and models and reports to stakeholders.

You will act as the lynchpin between IT, the content team and 3rd party suppliers and you must have a passion for upholding business goals and translating them into valuable content. This is a great contract, and carries the distinct possibility of extension, so early application is essential!

Whilst we endeavour to respond to all applicants within 14 days, due to volumes received this isn't always possible. If you're not contacted within 14 days you may assume your application on this occasion has not been successful.
