Content Manager - Content Marketing - Financial Services

Content Manager with specific content marketing expertise required to join a dynamic digital agency assisting one of their financial services clients transition from static web content to a dynamic, engaging, rich, relevant and up-to-date site content strategy. You will need experience in delivering website content strategy, content marketing planning and set up of editorial processes and tools. As well as knowledge of UX and traffic shaping to keep their sites sticky - consumer engagement and ease of navigation. Naturally you will have a creative flare to help shape content ideas and formats. A new CMS infrastructure has been delivered which now needs support of a publishing framework to help build a structure for how their websites will run to develop timely, relevant and engaging customer-focused content, and to help customers with self-service online content. You will need to increase page vies and stickiness and reduce call centre volumes via a self service content strategy.

This vacancy is based in Swindon and will initially run for six weeks with a possible extension.
