Duration: 6 months
Job description:
You will partner with subject matter experts to assess content needs for product and feature launches.
Create a content strategy that includes multiple channels/deliverables.
Work with the editorial team to produce your chosen assets.
Integrate feedback from a number of stakeholders and varying perspectives to create a cohesive, user-focused end product Identify and utilize user needs, use cases, and metrics to focus priorities and develop documentation solutions.
BA/BS degree in English, Communications, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in online operations, content management, and/or web development.
Experience with basic web development projects (HTML) or content management systems (CMS).
Native/fluent French speaker and writer 2+ years of experience in online operations, content management, and/or web development
Experience with a content management system (CMS).
Proven ability to maintain multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently, and drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail Ability to influence others and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery
Experience interacting with both technical and business stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Team player with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a fast-changing environment.
