Our retail banking client is looking for a Digital Content Delivery Manager.

Our Digital Content Delivery Managers are the integral part of Digital Banking's busy Content & Publishing team, and are responsible for leading, shaping and delivering small and medium-sized online projects across our digital channels. Collaborating with, identifying and resourcing internal and external specialists to produce high quality deliverable's whilst keeping our methods, documentation and processes up to date. Demanding responsibility and accountability, and encouraging a culture of customer-centric innovation. Ensuring high standards of consistency and excellence in the planning, execution and post-live analysis of all digital delivery projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

*Working in both Agile and Waterfall project management environments.
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Delivery managers are key representatives and often the first point of contact for Digital Banking to the wider business and external partners.
*They must be strong communicators and be able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
*Be a role model for digital innovation, influencing and leading decisions on our digital customer experiences, driving customer engagement, increasing our brand awareness and meeting business objectives.
*Line manage and mentoring junior colleagues. Overseeing, helping identify and execute individual and team development objectives and responsibilities.
