Job Title Content Manager
Duties The global Digital Marketing Team is part of the broader global marketing function for our client. This division creates and drives the digital vision, strategy and implementation across digital channels. This includes management of digital assets from websites, emails to social media. This team also manages client information and analytics to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness through digital channels and ultimately a richer, more relevant experience for our clients.

Team Objectives:

Provide digital leadership & expertise
Define and Deliver the digital strategy & client experience
Efficiently manage the prioritisation and coordination of all Digital delivery
Ensure data & analytics are used to deliver efficiency & effectiveness via digital channels
Coordinate and link to global strategies
Drive best practices across digital channels

Role Description:

Perform web content publishing across a variety of internal and external web venues
Perform testing follow up with development team for any bugs or enhancements
Ensure all content published reflects defined branding standards
Help support the digital strategy, including online content strategy
Contribute to best practice and build an end-to-end digital client experience
Understanding of BAU processes and ability to escalate issues within it.
Ability to optimize content for digital channels, and drive engagement.
Experience of using and managing content management systems and driving CMS migration plans
Accountability for all legal, compliance and audit requirements.

Skills
Strong expertise in publishing content as HTML, PDFs, Text & Video
Good working knowledge of HTML, XML, PhotoShop
Good working knowledge of common content management systems (CMS) such as Teamsite/Stellant
Good attention to details
BA/BS preferred
Knowledge of trends and research in SEO, Mobile, Social Media & Analytics
Knowledge of usability and user behavior standards for the web
Knowledge of best practice research in building web pages, information architecture, card sorting and personas etc
Experience of testing web pages/campaign pages
Ability to implement campaign tracking & vanity URLs
Manage translations end-to-end for various projects and campaigns
Team player able to effectively operate in a collaborative environment
Self-starter able to efficiently manage their time
Expertise in managing digital content, eg: optimization and syndication.
