Description:

This role will be within the Creative workstream of the Digital Programme that reports into the RTP.
The Content Manager will oversee and manage the development of content within the website. They will lead the content team and provide the management framework to support the project. The Senior Content Manager is responsible for managing the development of compelling, accurate, legal and compliant content for all digital outputs.

Key Responsibilities: - " To work with the project and the wider business to define all content requirements needed for the website and associated digital products.
" To maintain brand alignment during the production of all content required for the website
" To be the guardian of best practice in the production of content within the content team
" To review weekly all customer experience analytics reports provided by the Web analytics team to identify and recommend priority actions for each publishing cycle for the website
" To define and manage the content management process for the TOM with the SI
" To define and manage the team processes for maintaining compliance at all times
" To manage the resource profile for the content team
" To identify and manage the appointment of content copywriters to support the development of content
" To manage the external benchmarking reviews of the website Additional Role Requirements
" To provide an authoritative voice on content strategy and quality at all times
" To provide team leadership to the Content team
" To mentor the development of the content team members
" To report on content quality and compliance Key Decisions
" To work with the project team to create a content production process for the project
" To maintain the priorities for the content team are aligned with the project team deliverables
" To report on performance and quality within the content team and act to improve it at all times.
