Content Delivery Network Engineer - CDN Core Engineer - Telecommunications - Low Level Design documentation - Configuration Management - feasibility studies - Engineering background and experience on CDN (Content Delivery Network) solutions - Location: Madrid - Fluent Spanish and English - 3/6 months contract with the view to be extended  - Salary: 300 - 400 euro daily

My client is a large brand in the Telecom industry and they now need a Content Delivery Network Engineer based in Madrid:

Role/Responsibility

- Accountable and Responsible for Low level design documentation
- Accountable and Responsible for Configuration Management
- Accountable and Responsible for Test Object list and Test case definition
- Consulted in High Level Design and feasibility studies 
- Management of platform vendors 
- Support of technical/commercial negotiation with vendors

Technical skills:

- Engineering background and experience on CDN solutions
- Proven knowledge of CDN architectures and protocols 
- Experience in acceptance and troubleshooting activities
- (Preferred) Knowledge of Ericsson products

(Preferred) knowledge of centralized hosted architectures 

- (Preferred) knowledge of Transparent Internet Caching, Over the Top services, Web acceleration, Linear Content Delivery, HTTP Live Streaming, Microsoft Smooth Streaming

Language skills:

- Fluent spoken Spanish
- Good spoken English/very good (technical) English

Location: Madrid

Duration: 3/6 months with the view to be extended
