WEB CONTENT COORDINATOR needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Mateo, CA.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Typically requires three to six (3 - 6) years of related experience.
- MS Excel, MS Word, MS Picture Manager, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FTP experience
- Strong planning or project management skills
- Video game industry experience

What You'll Be Doing:
- Administration of weekly communications to ensure the timely submission of assets targeted at meeting publisher targeted release dates.
- Prioritize content submissions.
- Process assets for network games, demos, trailers, themes, DLC, wallpapers, and Avatars.
- Review products long and short description for accuracy and completeness of naming conventions and legal lines.
- Review title text, product codes, and branding for compliance.
- Assign status to products in data base.
- Track and receive thumbnail and banner graphics.
- Review graphics for sizing, proper template usage, and naming conventions.
- Review videos for proper speck, codec, ESRB rating, and branding.
- Assign status to content in the data base.
- Screen publisher questions regarding guidelines and procedures.
- Trouble shoot issues with cross functional teams and outside business units.
- Distribute templates forms and submission documentation.
- Assist in the maintenance of procedural documentation for process and policies.
- Transition product proposals.
- Review and enter wholesale price information into database. Archive published content in database.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to professionally address internal and external associates, professional writing and verbal skills, and ability to work effectively on a team
- Detail oriented, organized and able to understand production related procedures from a micro and macro perspective in order to identify issues and provide the appropriate details
- Ability to navigate custom databases

- Typically requires four to seven (4 - 7) years of related IT experience within a technical discipline.
- Typically requires three to six (3 - 6) years of related experience.
- Interpret game development, marketing, and network related jargon

- Strong planning or project management skills
- Ability to multi task and adapt to a seasonal work load
