Content Business Analyst - London - £400 per day

CONTENT BUSINESS ANALYST - LONDON - £400 PER DAY

A leading UK retail bank is looking for a Content Business Analyst to assist with the delivery of a new online banking proposition which will replace the Legacy channels with a modern Internet banking portal which will allow customers to access their banking products and services from a single touch point.

ROLE PROFILE

The candidate will be able to review a range of information sources including user guides and help content from suppliers and generate simple and clear content for online help, user guide and customer collateral for clients and colleagues explaining how to use the channel.

CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience in a Copywriting and/or business Communication role within the Banking Industry, in particular, experience in writing content for a variety of audiences, for example, customer facing and bank-side, using simple 'plain English' communication techniques
- Ability to interpret technical information and translate into user friendly language
- Business Analyst experience in a similar context would be advantageous

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU WILL BE AN EXPERIENCED CONTENT ANALYST WITH FINANCIAL SERVICES/RETAIL BANKING EXPERIENCE. IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE WORKED ON LARGE AND COMPLEX PROJECTS WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF DELIVERY.
