Projektbeschreibung

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and gather content requirements with client counterparts
Review client business requirements with Business Analyst(s) for content configuration points and customization
Consult with clients on content management strategy and information architecture for client authored informational content
Represent the end-user perspective and raise usability issues during customization discussions
Observe and provide analysis of usability activities
Partner with the consultant and designer to conduct analysis of client branding guidelines and interpret into branding studies and to provide consulting on client specific configurations
Provide regular consulting coaching
Partner with colleagues to share client communication and themes and provide input to client's change management, communication, and training deliverables
Develop and manage project plan for content implementation, coordinate transfer of all in-scope content from client to company, and enter files into content management system
Create and develop custom content per business requirements, company content style, and company product voice
Identify role and population access requirements for content and work with Business Analyst(s) and Developer(s) to ensure that requirements are implemented accurately
Manage internal and client reviews of content drafts
Participate in analysis of client requested changes to determine impact on content and determine scope of customization requests, work with internal client team members to get client approval of project costs, and submit change requests for approved content changes
Assist in writing test plans for content, coordinate and conduct sweep testing of content, and respond to issues identified during system testing
Support implementation of, and educate internal and/or client user group(s) about, company's content management tools

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal Education & Certification
Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, organizational communication, or a related field

Knowledge & Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience consulting in a fast paced B2B client environment
Minimum of 3 years' professional experience writing for web sites
Ability to deliver accurate and effective content in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities
Strong interpersonal communication skills
A commitment to quality, client service, and teamwork
Familiarity with HR subject matter a plus (but not required)

Technical Skills
Proficiency with MS Office tools
Basic understanding of and ability to use HTML
Familiarity with LifeRay tools and Autonomy Interwoven TeamSite content management a plus (but not required)
