CONTACT CENTRE SPECIALIST - GENESYS - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - LEEDS - NEG RATE DOE - ASAP START

I have a requirement with a financial sector client who are looking for a contract centre specialist to work on a redeployment project. You will be part of a growing team and working with some of the most up to date technology.

KEY SKILLS:

- GENESYS VERSION 8 EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
- AVAYA VERSION 6X
- VOICE RECORDING TECHNOLOGIES - IDEALLY VERIANT
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF IP BASED CONTACT CENTERS
- NEED SOLID EXPERIENCE WORKING IN DESIGNING, DEVELOPING AND DEPLOYING SOFTWARE IN CONTACT CENTRES.
