We are looking for confident decision makers to maintain team competency through quality checking of work.

Our experience spans a wide variety of regulatory product/service areas as well as general servicing complaints and the more niche complaint areas such as escalated complaints and ombudsman referrals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Check calls completed by team colleagues; for both soft skill call quality and accuracy/integrity of information provided
- Check administrative work completed by team colleagues
- Provide feedback and development
- Give expert technical support to the department in line with relevant product, procedural and regulatory requirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

- Contact centre experience, ideally in FS environment is essential
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Compliance/quality assurance experience in a financial services environment
- Experience in providing coaching and feedback to team members - essential
- Investment product experience - essential (bonds, ISAs, structured products, bank transactions regulations)
- Investment case review experience - essential
- Call quality checking/monitoring experience is highly desirable
