THE CLIENT

Our client is a leading financial services organization that provides a wide and diverse range of Financial Products to individuals, local governments, mid-sized and small enterprises as well as lager domestic companies. They have a well-regarded and respected name in the market, a highly professional culture and progressive growth strategies. Having thoroughly cemented their place in the Australian market and due to increased demand for their service offering, they are looking to overhaul their contact centre and a role has opened up for a Project Manager to step into the team to aide in driving the project.

THE TEAM

Working with developers, business analysts, and business-side professionals, you'll be joining a well-equipped team of contact centre and project specialists tasked with ensuring a smooth implementation.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be a senior project manager with ideally coming from a Software Development background, in particular with the Genesys product. You will primarily be managing a team of developers and testers through the next stage of the implementation process. You will have a good grasp of the Genesys product and have previous experience on contact centre projects. You'll be up to the challenge of delivering a crucial project for a market leading financial firm.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

- Contact Centre Project Management Experience.
- Previous background in software development or development management.
- In depth Genesys product knowledge preferred; CISCO and Avaya experience will be considered.
- Some dabbling in Solution Architecture would be a bonus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
