I’m currently recruiting a Contact Centre Architect for a leading organisation based West Yorkshire. Reporting into the Head of Architecture you will support the core business through designing solutions to ensure effective and cost efficient delivery of Contact Centre systems across the business.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Experience designing end to end solutions within a contact centre environment
- Technical knowledge of Contact Centre systems including IVR, ACD, Voice Recording, Call Routing, Avaya
- Strong client and supplier management skills
- Experience designing strategic roadmaps within a Call Centre environment
Candidates with a strong background in Call/Contact Centres who can take a step away from the technology and take a holistic view is mandatory for this role. Experience of large IT enabled change projects coupled with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non technical/business facing professionals will understand is also essential for this role.
