This fast paced role working in a contact centre environment provides an excellent opportunity to excel your existing customer service skills and develop within a true market leading company.
WITH SUPPORTIVE LINE MANAGERS AND A CLEAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN YOU WILL WORK AS PART OF A TIGHT KNIT TEAM TO:
- Handle inbound phone calls from customers according to set policy and procedure.
- Work efficiently to achieve service levels: 80% of calls handled in 30 seconds,
- Contribute to the overall company revenue target by achieving daily and monthly sales conversion targets, including cross sale targets to added value products.
- Respond to inbound mail and email enquiries from customers according to set policy and procedure.
- Provide an excellent customer service via live text web chat
- Accurately update appropriate systems.
- Create a high value service to all customers and achieve monthly quality targets.
- Ensure low levels of complaints and claims are maintained through accuracy and attention to details on calls and customer contact.
- Develop capability in line with individual development plan .
- Make outbound calls as required
