WORK VISA & INITIAL 2 WEEKS OF ACCOMMODATION WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF.

- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar sector to PWA, ie government infrastructure organizations preferably in relation to drainage and or roads infrastructure
- Senior management experience, managing large teams of varying ability and experience
- Experience in directing and managing significant engagements from the client side, preferably within a government agency.
- Experience of working in Qatar or the Gulf region is desirable.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for providing high level direction in the establishment and implementation of new and improved Contact Center for Public Works Authority, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) procedures and practices for Operations and Maintenance functions of PWA's Infrastructure (Roads, Drainage & Building).

Working across all PMC's Management partners, align both the drainage and roads CRM functions as much as practicable. Providing guidance on the development and implementation of a central CRM function including a call center. Establish State of the art Contact Center for Ashghal.
